Cookie and Device Storage Notice
Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Türkçe
In short
The ScoreBil app uses no browser cookies and no third-party analytics tools; there are only our own aggregate usage statistics (section 4). The strictly necessary information below is stored on your device so that the App can work; for ads, Google's ad software stores information on your device (section 3). Personalised ads only with your consent. The scorebil.app website sets no cookies and uses no external scripts or measurement tools.
1. Strictly necessary (no consent needed)
These are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for (exemption under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive):
- Session keys: to keep you signed in; stored in your device's secure storage and deleted when you sign out.
- Your "Remember me" choice and the App's first-install marker.
- Preferences: language, favourite league, the order of your leagues, when the notification permission prompt was shown, tips you dismissed, your crash report choice.
- Cache: matches, your predictions, first pages of league rankings, kit and logo images - so the App opens quickly and saves data. Cache belonging to your account is deleted when you sign out.
- Pending invite link: if you tapped a league invite before signing in, to take you to it after you sign in.
- Push token: created on your device by Google Firebase so we can send notifications. You can turn notifications off in Settings or in your device settings.
- Security check: at sign-up, sign-in and password reset, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a short check against automated attacks; device and browser signals are processed during this check.
2. Optional: crash reports (only with your consent)
If you opt in, when the App crashes an error log, device model, operating system, app version and a random installation ID specific to your device are sent to Google through Firebase Crashlytics. The report is not linked to your account, name or email and is only used to find and fix bugs. It is OFF by default.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
For the ads shown in the App, Google's ad software stores and reads identifiers and settings on your device (your ad consent choice, frequency caps, fraud prevention; on Android the advertising ID).
- In every country, you choose in Google's consent screen when you first use the App. Personalisation and storing information on your device only with your consent; without it, only non-personalised or limited ads are shown and no interest-based profile is built.
- On iOS the "tracking permission" (ATT) is never requested and your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not accessed.
- Betting, gambling, alcohol, dating and similar ad categories are blocked.
Google acts as an independent controller for this data; details: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
4. Usage statistics (our own measurement)
To see how the App is used, a random installation ID is created on your device and only the count of certain actions is sent to our server (EU, Frankfurt). The ID is not linked to your account; the data is only reviewed as aggregate counts, is not shared with any third-party company and is deleted after 13 months. The measurement is for us only and is not combined with other services. You can turn it off at any time in Settings > Usage statistics; once off, nothing is sent and the installation ID is renewed.
5. Consent for crash reports
By ticking "send crash reports" at sign-up or in Settings > Crash reports, you give your explicit consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and KVKK Art. 5(1) and 9 to the technical data listed above being transferred to Google LLC, acting as our processor, and processed on its servers (including in the United States) in order to detect and fix errors in the App. Not giving consent does not prevent you from using the App in any way. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings > Crash reports; withdrawal applies from then on. See the Privacy Policy for the controller and your rights.
6. You are in control
You can turn crash reports on or off in Settings > Crash reports and usage statistics in Settings > Usage statistics, change your ad consent in Settings > Ad privacy options, reset the advertising ID on Android in your device settings, and manage notifications in Settings > Notifications or in your device settings. Deleting the App deletes everything stored on your device. Questions: destek@scorebil.app. Last updated: 2 October 2026.
